Paul Coffey Construction, can provide new home construction to meet the needs of every client. We enjoy the challenges of new construction and take great pride in the final product
Bathrooms
Over the years we have remodeled and built many new bathrooms. Although usually a small project or smaller part of a big project , when the work is done correctly and with good quality it becomes a much larger piece of the puzzle. We are lucky to work with some great stone and tile companies in the Bay Area to help us along.
Renovations
Paul Coffey Construction has gathered great experience in remodels and renovations over the years. Working together with a local architect/designers or engineers we believe we can deliver the home you have always wanted.
Decks, pergolas, fencing
We have always liked to build pergolas and decks etc, The design build element to the items is always enjoyable and the working with natural wood products in the fresh air is a good way to pass away the time.
Kitchens
We have become successful in kitchen remodel side of construction and enjoy the experience of working with the customer to achieve their goal. We can be involved at all levels and help with design and layout or we can work hand in hand with a design team
ADU's
Additional dwelling units have become a popular project in the Bay Area. We have completed one ADU and gained valuable experience from it. We are set to start second ADU in October 2020 and will keep the web site posted
ABOUT
Paul Coffey Construction has been a Bay Area company since 2011, started first by Paul Coffey as sole proprietor and expanded to form a small s-corp in 2016. Since 2011 we have built everything from custom built homes to small deck projects.
Along the way we put effort into creating and maintaining great customer relationships and most of our work is from referrals and word of mouth.
Paul runs the company with Steve Hennessy and Cormac "Tim " Gorman and between them they have a combined construction experience of over 60 years with strong backgrounds in project planning, structural framing and finish carpentry.
We have assembled a good team over the last few years and do a large majority of our work in house, for the items we subcontract we have good working relationships with local skilled companies.
We have good local relationships with architects, designers and engineers.
